The industry of aviation is growing more and more every day. This growth brings lots of positive development to the world but also nuisances aren’t avoidable. Accidents are one of the negative situations in the damaging part of the upgrowth situation. And as a group, we researched some specific airlines and the accidents that occurred in their history and how they correspond to the accidents. These airlines are Qantas, Emirates, JetBlue, and Ryanair.

The final column shows that Emirates is one of the biggest and well-known full-service airlines. It was founded in 1985 by the royal family of Dubai. It has only one accident that can be defined as an accident from that day to nowadays. The average of accident to year is 0,03.

In addition, thousands of accidents have taken place throughout aviation history. The consequences of each accident affect both airlines which have accidents and aviation industry positively and negatively. First of all, aviation in positive part governments or big organizations regulates aviation by accidents. Therefore, aviation learns lessons from accidents or incidents. Hence, they improve themselves in different parts such as safety, security day by day and people rely more on aviation transportation because of decreasing risks of it. Furthermore, each accident influence airlines which has an accident economically and perceptively. When we look at the underlying reasons of accidents, a combination of factors leads to an accident. When we not only ignore risks but also skip over hazards, these circumstances generate aircraft crash. There are so many reasons such as pilot errors, mechanical error, weather, bird strike, and so on.  For instance, after an accident happens, financial loss and reputational loss occurs. To put it another way, this airline can lose its passenger number. And it leads to the financial burden. If there are a number of casualties in an accident, airline shall pay compensation. Also, ıf they have too many accidents, they can go bankrupt. As a result, the management of the airline is so difficult and they shall manage well.

Finally, Emirates has only one accident throughout its history. Luckily, there was nobody dead. To mention about the accident details, it can be said that aircraft crash landed in Dubai and it is because of significant wind shear was affecting the aircraft's airspeed through late final approach. The flight crew decided to go-around and Flight EK521 was carrying 282 passengers and 18 crew from Thiruvananthapuram Airport when it crashed landed.  The aircraft first impacted with the underside of its rear fuselage and skidded about 800 meters. Twenty-four of the aircraft's occupants were injured including the captain and the senior flight attendant, who evacuated after the explosion the senior flight attendant was the only person among the passengers and crew seriously injured, suffering from smoke inhalation. In addition, eight firefighters and a policeman were injured, several of the firefighters suffering from heat stroke. The explosion resulted in the fire spreading to the aircraft's cabin; it took firefighters 16 hours to bring the fire under control. The airport was closed for 5 hours. Hence, several Emirates flights and 23.000 passengers of these flights were waited because of the accident. However, after 8 days Emirates provided 7000 dollars to the passengers of Flight EK521 to reduce the bad impacts of the accidents. In addition to that there was no big impact on the ticket and preference demand but  the plane caught fire and exploded on the runway. Thus, the plane became useless and a firefighter was killed in the blaze. It took 72 hours to fix the runway and the flight operations.
